The safety inspection standards for electric hoists are as follows:
1.The operators are in good condition, wearing safety helmets correctly and protective shoes that prevent foot injuries.
2. The steel wire rope shows no signs of knotting, bending, or broken wires.
3. There are no obstacles within the walking range of the operator.
4. The hand-crank button operates flexibly and has reliable positioning.
5. The guide rope device is in good condition, and the rope retraction and ejection functions are normal.
6. The emergency protection button is reliable and in good condition.
7. The main lifting limit switch is sensitive and reliable.
8. During operation, there is no abnormal noise from the motor and the gearbox.
9. During operation, both the large and small vehicles do not exhibit the phenomenon of derailment.
10. The large and small vehicles as well as the main lifting brake are in good condition without any abnormalities.
11. The anti-impact device is safe and reliable.
12. The lifting equipment shows no signs of weld separation, cracks or severe wear.
13. The hook shows no severe wear and the anti-detachment device is functioning properly.
14. Lift in the designated area.
15. Do not lift if the load exceeds the rated capacity, if the command signals are unclear or chaotic, if the work piece is not securely fastened, if there are people standing on the lifted object, if the safety devices are not functioning properly, if the work piece is in dimly lit conditions making it impossible to see clearly, if the work piece is buried underground, if the lifting object has an inclined angle, or if the sharp-edged objects are not properly cushioned. Adhere to the "Ten Do Not Lift Principles".
16. When lifting the drum, the equipment applies the brake.
17. It is strictly prohibited to keep objects suspended in the air for an extended period of time.
