Product Features

1.Stainless Steel Construction

All metal parts such as oil cylinder, frame, forks, handle, push rod, shaft pins and bolts adopt national-standard 304 stainless steel, which is acid-alkali resistant, corrosion resistant and rust free. The smooth surface without dead corners can be directly washed by water or steam, complying with food-grade hygiene standards.

2.Sealed Hydraulic Pump

The hydraulic pump adopts an integral sealing design to prevent water vapor, dust and cleaning liquid from invading the oil circuit system. The pump body, oil cylinder and piston rod are all made of stainless steel, enabling long-term stable operation without oil leakage or failure even under frequent washing and humid environments.

3.One-Piece Cast Wheel Carriage

The front wheel carriage adopts one-piece casting structure equipped with double front wheels for even force bearing and strong load capacity. Compared with welded wheel carriages, cast wheel carriages have no welding seams, resist dirt accumulation and cracking, making them more suitable for occasions with high hygiene standards.

4.Ergonomic Handle

Comfortable grip. Three-gear operation (lift /neutral/lower) is realized via the control lever on the handle. One person can complete lifting, lowering and traction. The handle supports 180°-210° wide-angle steering for flexible operation even in narrow spaces.

5.Multiple Wheel Options

Nylon wheels are supplied as standard (wear-resistant and maintenance-free). Optional polyurethane wheels (low-noise, floor-friendly for clean workshops), rubber wheels (anti-slip for wet floors) and stainless-steel coated wheels (full rust prevention) are available to meet floor and hygiene requirements of various industries.

6.Low Failure Rate & Maintenance-Free

Fully-sealed hydraulic system and rust-free stainless-steel components. Only routine cleaning is required without lubrication maintenance (bearings are maintenancefree). The whole machine has a design service life of over 10 years, with much lower comprehensive operating cost compared with frequent replacement of ordinary carbon-steel pallet jacks.

1.Euro-pallets (1200×800 mm / 1200×1000 mm); 685 mm fits American-standard and non-standard wide pallets.

2.Fork length can be customized: 800/900/1000/1150/1220/1500 mm. Ultra-low type (minimum height 55 mm) is also customizable.
