The 5 Ton Full Electric Rough Terrain Hydraulic Pallet Truck is a heavy-duty manual handling device specially designed for non-hardened surfaces such as gravel roads, mud, grass and construction sites. Equipped with large-size solid rough-terrain tires and a high ground-clearance chassis, it adapts to all-terrain operation on muddy ground, gravel, mountain roads and snow, with a rated load capacity of 5 tons. A smaller 3-ton model is also available, so customers can choose according to their own needs. It easily passes over crushed stone, potholes and curbs, and neither leaks nor fails during long-term outdoor operation, making it an ideal pallet handling tool for construction sites, farms and ranches, open-air material yards and ports. Single-unit and bulk orders are accepted.
1、Large-diameter pneumatic wheels — handles rough roads with ease
The deep-tread tires deliver strong grip, with low rolling resistance and little slipping on gravel roads, mud and grass. Crushed stone and bricks up to 50 mm can be driven over directly.
2、High-trafficability chassis
With a minimum fork height of 85 mm and increased frame ground clearance, the truck does not scrape when passing over curbs, potholes and speed bumps, allowing pallets to be pushed directly from hardened surfaces to open-air yards.
3、Thickened channel steel frame
The integrally welded channel steel frame, together with reinforcing ribs at the fork roots, resists torsion and impact. Under full loads of 3–5 tons in long-term use it neither deforms nor cracks at the welds, providing a reliable foundation for high-intensity work in gravel yards and construction sites.
4、One-piece cast, fully sealed hydraulic pump
The pump body is one-piece cast with the valve group built in, and the hard-chrome-plated piston rod is fitted with imported seals, making it dustproof and waterproof. It does not leak in sandy or rainy conditions, and 6–8 strokes of the handle raise the forks to the maximum height.
5、Dual front wheels distribute ground pressure
The front load-bearing wheels are arranged in pairs with widened tread surfaces, reducing ground pressure under heavy loads so the truck neither sinks in nor leaves deep ruts on soft soil and grass.
The 5 Ton Full Electric Rough Terrain Hydraulic Pallet Truck is suitable for outdoor locations with non-hardened ground, slopes, or complex conditions such as gravel, mud and grass, and is especially suited to workflows that require pushing pallets directly from inside a warehouse to an open-air yard.]
Hebei Shengyu Lifting Machinery Manufacturing Factory specializes in the production of the 5 Ton Full Electric Rough Terrain Hydraulic Pallet Truck, with an optional 3-ton model also available, and focuses on the manufacturing and export of lifting and handling equipment. The factory is equipped with laser cutting, bending and welding facilities, hydraulic pump assembly lines and complete-machine testing platforms, with an annual output of more than 100,000 units of various handling equipment. Products are exported to more than 50 countries and regions across Europe, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Every rough terrain pallet truck undergoes full-load lifting and sealing tests at 1.25 times the rated load before leaving the factory, with inspection data recorded unit by unit. Samples and quotations are available.

Q1 What is the difference between a rough terrain pallet truck and a standard pallet truck?
Standard pallet trucks are fitted with small-diameter nylon/PU wheels and are only suitable for smooth, hardened floors; rough terrain pallet trucks are fitted with large-diameter pneumatic tires / solid rubber wheels and have higher ground clearance, allowing them to be pushed over non-hardened surfaces such as construction sites, brick yards and gravel yards.
Q2 What is the maximum load capacity?
Standard options are 1000 / 1500 / 2000 kg. The nameplate specifications shall prevail, and a 20% margin is recommended based on actual working conditions.
Q3 Pneumatic tires or solid tires?
Pneumatic tires are standard (better grip and shock absorption, suitable for gravel and muddy ground); solid rubber wheels are optional (maintenance-free and puncture-proof, with slightly less shock absorption).
Q4 What kinds of surfaces can it handle?
Gravel, sandy soil, grass and lightly potholed ground are all manageable, and it can get over curbs and small stones. Long-distance slope travel and one-sided loaded obstacle crossing are not recommended; push at a steady speed under load and avoid sharp turns.
Q5 Can the fork dimensions be customized?
Yes. Standard fork length is 800–1150 mm with an overall width of 550 / 685 mm; extended, widened and special overall widths can all be customized as required.
Q6 Can it be used on indoor concrete floors? Will it damage the floor?
Yes. Pneumatic tires will not scratch the floor the way metal wheels do; however, if the primary working condition is a smooth indoor floor, a standard pallet truck is recommended, as it is lighter to steer and more efficient.
