Structural composition
It mainly consists of a column, telescopic boom, electric winch, thickened base, wire rope and safety hook. The body is made of high-strength seamless steel pipe and reinforced steel plate, with a sturdy structure and reliable load-bearing capacity.
Model
The common rated lifting capacities are 500kg and 1000kg, and 1.5-ton and 2-ton models can be customized.
Rated voltage
Powered primarily by a vehicle-mounted 12V/24V DC power supply, it can be directly connected to the vehicle battery without the need for external AC power, and can be used normally in the field, construction site, and remote locations; some models support 220V AC power switching, accommodating both vehicle-mounted and fixed-site operations.
The 500kg truck crane features a multi-stage telescopic and angle-adjustable boom, providing a wider working range when extended and folding for storage when not in use, saving space in the truck bed. The boom rotates 360°and combined with lifting and luffing functions, can precisely load goods into designated positions within the truck bed.
