Operating Guidelines
Ensure theelectric hydraulic truck mounted crane is properly installed and securely fixed before use.
Check that the power cable and hydraulic hoses are firmly connected and that the hydraulic oil level is sufficient.
Adjust the boom length and angle as required, keeping the telescopic stroke within the specified range.
Operate the crane using the manual control lever or the wireless remote control to perform lifting and handling tasks.
Always monitor the load weight and center of gravity to ensure safe operation.
After operation, switch off the power and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
Safety Precautions
Do not operate the electric hydraulic truck mounted crane unless it is securely fixed to the vehicle.
Never exceed the rated lifting capacity or maximum lifting height.
Only vertical lifting is permitted; diagonal pulling, dragging, or rotating loads is strictly prohibited.
The vehicle must remain stationary during lifting operations. The crane must be fully retracted before vehicle movement and used in conjunction with a mobile cart when required.
To ensure safe operation,Lower the winch wire rope before extending the boom.Do not use the crane in humid, corrosive, or high-temperature environments.If any faults or abnormalities are found,Please stop using the equipment immediately and contact the after-sales service department for inspection and repair.
