Hydraulic transmission
By manually pressurizing the hydraulic pump, high pressure is generated in the hydraulic oil in the closed oil circuit. The power is transmitted by the liquid pressure to drive the cylinder to extend and retract, thereby lifting and lowering the heavy object.
Ascending process
When using a hydraulic engine crane, the hydraulic operating lever needs to be pressed repeatedly. The integrated hydraulic pump pressurizes and supplies oil, and the high-pressure oil enters the oil cylinder, pushing the piston rod to lift the boom. The hook then smoothly lifts the engine and the heavy object.
Hovering pressure holding process
When you stop pressing the handle, the hydraulic valve automatically locks the oil circuit, preventing the hydraulic oil from flowing back and maintaining pressure in the cylinder. At this time, the heavy object lifted by the hydraulic engine crane is steadily suspended without falling, ensuring safety and stability.
Descent process
Slowly release the pressure relief valve, and the high-pressure hydraulic oil in the cylinder flows smoothly back to the oil tank. The piston rod retracts slowly, the boom lowers slowly, and the load is lowered at a uniform speed, in a controllable manner without impact.
Safety protection design
The hydraulic engine crane comes with a safety valve to limit flow and prevent overload, and automatically releases pressure to protect the machine body in case of overload; the anti-fall hydraulic lock prevents sudden slippage, making the entire hoisting process safer.
