What are the routine maintenance procedures for VT chain hoists?

Before and after using the 5T 6m VT hand chain hoist, inspect the hook and chain for cracks, deformation, and wear, and check the pins and buckles for damage. After operation, clean the chain of dust and impurities, and apply rust-preventive lubricant evenly to prevent chain corrosion and jamming. Store in a dry, ventilated place, away from humid, acidic, and alkaline environments to prevent the alloy casing from rusting. Regularly inspect the braking components to ensure the brakes are sensitive and reliable, and that the clamps are free of debris. Overloading is strictly prohibited. If any parts are found to be damaged, stop using the hoist immediately for repair; never operate a malfunctioning machine. When the machine is not in use for extended periods, assemble it properly, take precautions against dust, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of all parts for wear and tear every quarter, replacing worn parts promptly to extend the equipment's lifespan.
