The sprocket is one of the key components of the hand chain hoist, usually divided into hand sprockets and lifting sprockets. The transmission gear system is the core of manual chain hoists for achieving power transmission and speed conversion. The lifting chain is the component that directly bears the weight of the heavy object, and the lifting hook is used to connect the heavy object. The lifting hook’s design must ensure sufficient strength and safety to prevent the heavy object from falling during the lifting process.

Guide sprocket

The high-quality guide sprocket is precisely aligned with the direction of the chain, ensuring smooth operation without chain jams, high efficiency, and ease of use.

Alloy steel guide wheels are integrally formed with deep chain grooves, preventing chain derailment and avoiding chain jamming. Built-in ball bearings, combined with external guide structures, significantly reduce effort.

Anti-drop protective cover shell

The rolled-edge design prevents chain entanglement. It features a thickened alloy cover shell, offering excellent collision resistance and effectively protecting internal components. The compact rolled edge design ensures no chain entanglement.

Hook

The hook,made of high-quality manganese steel, is not prone to deformation and can rotate freely in all directions.

Chain

The national standard G80 chain, quenched and refined,has strong tensile strength and toughness,and is rust-proof,corrosion-resistant with a high safety factor.
