Folding Hydraulic Engine Crane Operation Procedures

Before using the folding hydraulic engine crane, make sure the ground is flat and solid; unfold the crane and lock the locking pins; check the hydraulic oil level and whether there is any leakage in the oil pipes; ensure that the wheel brakes are in good working condition; confirm the rated tonnage of the crane and strictly prohibit overloading.

Lifting and Trial Lifting: Push the folding hydraulic engine crane directly above the center of gravity of the object to be lifted and lock the wheels. Secure the lifting gear to the designated lifting point, and perform a trial lift of the load off the ground to check the balance, stability, and safety of the lifting gear. If there are no abnormalities, then proceed with the formal lifting operation.

Smooth operation: Use a steady and uniform pressure on the handle to lift the heavy object; do not press suddenly. When moving, first lower the object to the lowest safe height, then push it at a low speed. At all times, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to stand under the suspended object.

Loading and resetting: Slowly rotate the pressure relief valve to control the descent speed. The lifting equipment can only be disassembled after the load has safely landed. After the operation is completed, retract the boom, fold the crane, and restore it to its original position after inspection and maintenance.
