Installation of Trolley for HHBB Electric Chain Hoist

Here, we demonstrate the installation method for electric chain hoists fitted with electric trolleys. Standard assembly guarantees stable and reliable equipment operation, helping overseas customers quickly grasp key installation points for better use of lifting equipment.

1.Remove the lifting-eye bolts on the top of the hoist, separate the lifting eye from the hoist main body, and store all accessories properly.

2.Align the trolley lifting lugs with the connecting holes on the top of the hoist main body. Insert the hanging shaft, install matching washers, and adjust the clearances on both sides of the trolley to ensure the trolley rollers fit snugly against the I-beam track.

3.Tighten the nuts of the hanging shaft and secure with split pins to prevent bolt loosening. Verify that the trolley and hoist are firmly connected without wobbling.

4.Hoist the trolley onto the I-beam track. Fine-tune the adjusting shims on both sides of the trolley to ensure rollers fit the track surface with no jamming or eccentric wear.

5.Connect the control cables between the electric chain hoist and trolley, and check cable insulation. Perform a no-load trial run to test trolley travel and hoist lifting/lowering functions. Inspect limit devices and confirm smooth operation free of abnormal noise.
