Ball roller lifting trolleys are suitable for work scenarios where small parts, boxes and plates need lateral shifting, and are preferably used indoors on flat hard ground. Normal temperature and dry workshop environments work best, such as electronic assembly, hardware processing and warehouse sorting. Workpieces placed on the tabletop can be pushed and pulled effortlessly left and right to avoid collision damage during handling.

It is applicable to assembly line docking, mold transfer and packaging stations. The floor must be flat and hard such as cement or epoxy floors. Gravel and uneven dirt roads should be avoided to prevent jamming and damage of the ball rollers.

It can be used in lightly dust-proof environments. Ball rollers need regular cleaning in workshops with heavy dust or thick oil contamination. Scenarios with damp ponding, acid-base corrosion or high-temperature baking are strictly prohibited, as these will rust the ball rollers and damage hydraulic components.

It is only suitable for transporting light workpieces. Outdoor areas exposed to rain and low-temperature icy sites are not allowed. Within the load capacity, it can be manually pushed and pulled for position shifting. With adjustable lifting height, it matches docking operations of different workbenches.
