Customers using the HHBB electric chain hoist are usually equipped with a wireless remote controller for remote-control operation. If the wireless remote control fails suddenly during operation, what measures should we take? Hebei Shengyu Hoisting Manufacturer explains in detail as follows:

.If the wireless remote control of the HHBB electric chain hoist malfunctions, switch to the wired pendant for emergency operation first to ensure operation safety.

.Check the batteries of the remote controller. Replace with new batteries if power is low, clean battery contacts and verify whether the indicator light works normally.

.Troubleshoot signal interference: keep away from high-power equipment, remove metal obstructions and shorten the operating distance between the remote and the hoist.

.Inspect power supply, wiring and fuse of the receiver. Power off and restart the receiver; re-code and pair when necessary.

.Test the wired pendant. If the wired control also fails, the hoist has internal electrical failure. If wired control works well, the remote-control components are damaged.

.Stop equipment use if the above checks do not work. Contact the manufacturer for maintenance. Do not disassemble the circuit privately.
