When the HHBB electric chain hoist is fitted with an electric trolley, the I-beam track must be selected according to the hoist's capacity. 0.5 t matches an I-beam of 58-127 mm; 1 t, 68-130 mm; 2 t and 3 t, 82-153 mm; and 5 t, an I-beam track of 100-178 mm. After the trolley is mounted, adjust the spacers on both sides so that the rollers sit snugly against the I-beam flange. Do not exceed the track's compatible range, or the trolley may jam or run off-center. An incorrect selection readily leads to jerking during travel and worn rollers, so check the track dimensions before installation to keep lifting operations safe and stable.
